Arrest warrant for one resulted in four drug arrests
Feb 6, 2010 --

Sheriff’s Community Action Directive Patrol officers, while serving a warrant on one, made three additional drug arrests Thursday night.

Officers arrived at a Roach Road residence in Doyline to serve an aggravated assault warrant for Bossier Parish on Anthony D. Martin, 28, of Doyline. Upon contact with the owner of the residence, officers learned that Martin was in an outdoor shop. Also on the property were Kenneth Lane McClung, Jr., 39, Cody James Malbrough, 27, and Amy Marie Gunderson, 23, all of Doyline.

During a search of the property officers discovered a large camouflaged bag containing packages of suspected crystal methamphetamine, scales, syringes and other paraphernalia. All four subjects were taken into custody, and deputies learned from them that they regularly gathered in the shop to smoke meth.

Martin was charged with possession of a CDS Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fugitive from Bossier Parish (aggravated assault.)

McClung received charges for possession of a CDS Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and harboring a fugitive.

Malbrough was charged with possession of a CDS Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and received an additional charge for an outstanding Webster Parish warrant for no seat belt.

Gunderson was charged with possession of a CDS schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In an unrelated incident, Webster deputies arrested Danny A. Booth, 55, of Doyline for DWI 5th, refusal of chemical testing, improper lane usage, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container following a traffic stop.

All individuals were transported for booking at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
