Webster Sheriff, Conoco Phillips team up for animals
- 13 dog houses constructed for Webster Humane Society

Conoco Phillips employees donated money to the Webster Parish Humane Society for the materials needed for the construction of thirteen dog houses, as well as blankets and food. Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton and Major Steve Cropper arranged the services of parish inmates to build the houses in time for winter sheltering of multiple dogs under the care of the Society.
